At KUSH by Khushi Agarwal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the garment for a different size or a different product of equal or lesser value, or receive a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels attached. If you are exchanging the garment due to a size issue, we will require a video file of you opening the package to ensure that the garment was not worn and in the same condition it was sent. If there is any defect in the garment, we will also require a video file opening the package to ensure that the defect was present upon delivery.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was defective. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
